Cumulus Media Ltd T/A
The Competitions are open to all persons aged 18 and over in the UK & Ireland. Entries from outside the UK will be accepted but will not be eligible for the prize draw.
Each Competition will run for a specified period. Please see each Competition for details of start and end times and dates
You will need to buy 1kg of coffee for between £32.95 and £39.95 depending on the origin, and register for an account with us, and enter your full name, email address, address and phone number to be entered into the competition at www.dreamcoffeecompetition.com
These details will be used to contact you if you are a winner so be sure to enter them correctly.
You will also need to correctly answer a skill question to have your entry placed into the prize draw. Incorrect answers will result in your entry, or entries being excluded from the competition draw. Regardless of your answer, your coffee order will be fulfilled by our coffee partner.
The purchase of the coffee is your competition ticket, and is validated by making an online payment on the website.
If you elect to buy additional tickets you will receive additional unique entry codes.
All tickets are non-refundable.
You may enter as many times as you like throughout the Promotion Period providing each entry is accompanied by the new purchase of 1kg of coffee, or the additional tickets available with each 1kg purchase.
All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be valid and no liability is accepted for illegible, incomplete, or late entries.
The DREAM COFFEE COMPETITION™ may operate multiple prize draws at any one time, each prize draw category will have one specific prize, and from time to time there will be smaller prizes for additional winners. The specific prize draw will outline the details relating to that draw only.
All prizes must achieve a minimum sales within the promotion period (closing date) as stated on the website.
In the event of minimum sales not being reached, (typically the full RRP of the prize on offer or 80% in ticket sales)
It is at The DREAM COFFEE COMPETITION’s discretion to conduct the draw.
The draw will close and it will not be extended or rolled over, ever! The Winner will receive 75% of the Total Proceeds of the relevant competition.
Typically the prize may consist of (but not limited to) the following:
1 x domestic espresso machine
1 x domestic grinder
1 x milk jug
1 x set of scales
1 x tamper
The prize pack may vary from the above from time to time, at the discretion of the promoter and the supporting partners.
(Supporting partners ie Brands, or Athletes)
Prizes listed on the Dream coffee competition website connected to our supporting partners will be subject to a minimum sales clause.
It is at the supporting partner’s discretion if a prize has reached sufficient sales to be drawn.
If sufficient sales are not reached and the supporting partner declines to award the prize.
The Dream coffee competition will conduct a cash alternative draw, whereby the winner will receive 80% of the total sales.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, The DREAM COFFEE COMPETITION reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum value that Dream Coffee Competition will be liable to pay for or towards any prize is the UK RRP of the prize as displayed on our website.
The Prize will be arranged by The DREAM COFFEE COMPETITION or one of its selected promotional partners.
Delivery of the Prize will be at The DREAM COFFEE COMPETITION’s discretion
Receivership will be dependent on the date of the winners, and confirmation of the order.
Should the Main Winner not wish to take the prize (including Coffee Machine or other items listed, but excluding actual cash prizes), The Cash Alternative can be claimed. The Cash Alternative is 70% of the RRP of the prize package.
All valid entries received by The DREAM COFFEE COMPETITION during the Promotion Period will qualify as entries.
The moderated entries will then be entered into a draw.
The DREAM COFFEE COMPETITION makes a live winner announcement on a date no less than 4 days after the competition closes and can be watched at www.youtube.com/DreamCoffeeCompetition
Winners will be contacted via phone and/or the email address provided upon entry within 14 days of the live draw and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the prize within 14 days of initial contact.
